The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content across both print and digital channels, supporting marketing, branding, and user experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Design:

Create visually engaging graphics for brand campaigns, product marketing, internal communications, and advertising.

Marketplace Visuals:

Design and optimize images for Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok platforms to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.

Print Collateral:

Develop high-quality print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and product packaging, ensuring alignment with print production standards.

Digital Media Design:

Produce dynamic graphics for use in social media content, email marketing campaigns, digital ads, and websites.

Illustration & Custom Artworks:

Create original illustrations and vector graphics for brand storytelling and marketing materials.

UI Design Support:

Work closely with the UI/UX team to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly design assets, including layouts, icons, and screens.

UX Contribution:

Participate in wireframing, prototyping, and user feedback sessions to ensure designs align with a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Motion Graphics & Animation:

Develop short-form animations, explainer videos, or motion assets to elevate digital storytelling.

Typography:

Apply best practices in typography to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment in all visual materials.

Photography & Photo Editing:

Source, shoot, or edit images for use in campaigns and product pages, ensuring high visual quality and consistency.

Client & Team Collaboration:

Work directly with internal teams and stakeholders to understand design briefs, present concepts, and implement feedback effectively.

Project & Time Management:

Manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines across all design responsibilities.

Trends & Innovation:

Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table and maintain a competitive edge.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience in a design role.

Software Proficiency:

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Sketch, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.

Portfolio:

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across print, digital, and multimedia design projects.

Creativity & Attention to Detail:

• Excellent aesthetic sense with high attention to detail and consistency.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and articulate design ideas clearly.

Brand Understanding:

• Familiarity with brand strategy and the ability to maintain visual consistency across all channels.

Marketplace Design Experience:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required — willingness to learn is essential.

Location:

Preferably residing near Makati City. This is a full-time, on-site (non-hybrid) role.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday (9 hours)

Friday (8 hours)

Saturday (4 hours)
