职位描述

  • Serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Responsibilities include managing employee relations, overseeing talent acquisition and performance management, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing HR programs to enhance employee engagement and development.
  • This role acts as a liaison between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment and supporting the achievement of business objectives.

职位要求

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or any related field
  • Must have solid background and exposure with Labor Laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Must be knowledgeable on current professional HR principles and techniques
  • Must be knowledgeable and skilled with change processes in complex systems
  • Must be highly resourceful, analytical, and creative
  • Must have strong facilitation, consulting, and coaching skills
  • Must have exceptional problem-solving ability and intellectual agility
