- Managing and penetrate Key Account (KAC) partners maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities with them.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential businesses from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Be able to understand and sell the client product.
- Effectively handle objections and address concerns to maximize sales opportunities
- Distribution
- Achieve 100% performance in assigned distribution target.
- Responsible in expanding area and products assortment.
- Responsible in opening new accounts

职位要求
- With at least 1-2 years of sales experience in Fashion Industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in business-to-business sales environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in planning & executing sales or marketing strategies with results
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
