Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Kitchen Manager located in Bacolod. The Junior Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality food and beverage service, and assisting with culinary management. Day-to-day tasks will include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are met.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food & Beverage
  • Experience in maintaining Food Quality standards
  • Competence in Culinary Management
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • A degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field
