• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.
• Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches.
• Enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Ensure sales quota/budget is met
• Maintain good relationships with the assigned brokers & direct accounts.
• Tracks sales pipeline and ensures that agreed TAT on quotation and policy issuance are met.
• Responsible for premium collection based on assigned brokers and direct clients.
• Assists brokers and clients with their claims, if and when necessary.
• Provides sales reports and performance of the assigned brokers.
• Ensures that policies and quotes sent are correct.
• Visits assigned brokers regularly.
• With work experience in Travel, Motor, Fire, and Engineering Insurance
• Knowledge in handling Bonds and Brokers’ accounts is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role.
• Proficient in report generation, strong administrative and clerical skills, and a solid understanding of marketing principles.
• With working experience in a non-life insurance company
