职位描述

  • Responsible for reviewing medical records and coding diagnoses and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and reimbursement for healthcare services.
  • Stay updated on coding guidelines, regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve coding discrepancies.
  • Utilize coding software and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

职位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Coding, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 2 - 3 years of experience in medical coding.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in ED and EM Coding, Inpatient and Outpatient Coding, IP DRG Coding.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Accurately code medical records, ensure coding compliance, and maintain documentation standards.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
