Responsible for the creation of instructional or training materials that will greatly enhance learning experience and engagement, ensuring all learning content are dynamic, accessible, and effective for diverse learners while maintaining clear project goals and milestones.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design or any related field
• At least 3 - 6 months’ experience in creating multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and animations. New graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge in learning module development with an emphasis on graphic design, multimedia and creative work. Experience in a BPO setting is an advantage.
• Expertise in designing effective and interactive learning materials such as CBTs, posters, assessment simulators, videos, etc.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in using tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, etc.
