  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Manage production schedules, resources, and team performance.
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and productivity.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and production workflows.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
  • Background in budgeting, planning, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with SAP system.
  • Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain logistics. 
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
