  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
  • Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Monitor production schedules and assist in resource management.

  • Collaborate with management to improve processes and productivity.
  • Preferably with Line Leader Production Experience
  • Willing to learn and adapt to the environment
  • Willing to be assigned in FPIP Sto Tomas Batangas
