Identify potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline through lead generation and referrals
Conduct property tours and virtual showings
Assist clients throughout the buying or selling process, including negotiation and preparation of necessary documentation.
Respond to inquiries, schedule property viewings, and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with leads and past clients
Coordinate with developers, property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
Maintain and submit monthly and annually reports detailing sales activities and client interactions.
Meet and exceed sales target or quota.

Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field.
With at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
With knowledge of accreditation to developers, selling of preselling condominiums, Ready for Occupancy Units and Preowned Properties.
Must be willing to get accredited in PRC as Real Estate Salesperson
Customer service experience
Strong and Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
