- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for various departments and accounts
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain strong pipelines for volume and niche roles across operations and support functions
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs
- Use data and analytics to monitor hiring performance and recommend improvements
- Enhance employer branding efforts through social media, career fairs, and other initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy standards
- Build partnerships with schools, job boards, agencies, and internal referral programs
- Conduct recruitment training and ensure consistency in candidate experience
- Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and reports to senior leadership
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong background in high-volume hiring, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry
- Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance practices
