职位描述

  • Assess clients needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
  • Presenting company products to potential and existing clients and highlight our product benefits to persuade them to make purchases.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings or visits with potential and existing clients
  • Answer customer queries from various communication channels
  • Monitoring daily account order status from end-to-end to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Payment reminder and Collection from various accounts.

职位要求

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or related courses.
  • Proven experience as a sales account executive.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Ability to increase customer engagement.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and time management skills.
