职位描述

● Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas

● Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to expand the company’s market reach

● Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize sales and revenue.

● Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.

● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support.

● Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.

● Act as point contact for customer inquiries, issues, and contract negotiations.  

● Engage in complex sales negotiations with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.

● Secure contracts and agreements that meet or exceed sales targets.

● Develop competitive pricing strategies and contract proposals that align with company objectives.  

职位要求

  • at least 1 year of experience of Sales B2B in FMCG or Food distribution.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or any related field.
  • Strong sales, negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationship Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software Knowledge within the HORECA sector is a plus.
