  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of vehicle specs, maintenance services, and pricing strategy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Self-starter with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client engagements

职位要求

  • Manage and grow fleet accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored vehicle solutions
  • Conduct presentations and negotiations with corporate clients and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze fleet usage and recommend maintenance packages or upgrades
  • Track sales pipeline and prepare regular reports
  • At least 2 years of college (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or Automotive-related field)
  • 1-2 years of experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, or automotive dealership environment
