Responsible for supporting a Unit Manager by leading and developing a team of financial consultants, helping them achieve sales targets, acquire new clients, and guide existing clients towards meeting their financial goals through various insurance products, all while reporting to the Unit Manager and assisting with daily operations within their designated unit.

• College Degree
• Sales experience not a must but an advantage
• Residing within Metro Manila
• Willing to attend weekly unit and branch meetings (Online & Onsite)
• Willing to learn and undergo training and licensing process.
• Must have: Laptop/Ipad/ Tablet/ any gadgets.
