About the Role

We are looking for motivated Sales Agents who are eager to grow in the world of design and construction sales. As part of our team, you’ll help clients make thoughtful decisions on mid to high-end construction and interior projects, while receiving full training and support from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell high-quality interior and construction solutions
• Assist clients in choosing the right finishes, materials, or layouts for their spaces
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and contractors
• Maintain great client relationships and ensure post-sales satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (construction background is a plus, not required)
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills
• Demonstrates professionalism, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to work.
• Knowledge or interest in Italian kitchens or luxury interiors is a bonus
• Willing to be trained and grow in a creative, design-driven environment.
• Willing to do fieldwork and go to BGC Showroom.
