- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team and build client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, market research, and CRM software; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
