职位描述

  • Train and mentor team members on company policies and best practices.
  • Conduct weekly staff meetings to coordinate tasks and schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and company leadership, addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Oversee task execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications and skills during the hiring process.
  • Hold one-on-one meetings with employees to review performance, track progress, and set future goals.
  • Supervise daily operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate the company’s strategic goals to management and provide constructive performance feedback..

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (undergraduate level acceptable).
  • A minor in marketing or sales is preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • 1–4 years of experience in a sales role within the retail industry.
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality is required.
  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
