职位描述

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Technical Support Specialist to support our sales team and clients in understanding and implementing our IT products and solutions. This role involves assisting with product inquiries, providing technical insights during the sales process, and ensuring smooth post-sales support. Ideal for someone who loves solving problems, enjoys working with people, and has a solid grasp of technology.

职位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or related IT role.
  • Strong understanding of IT products such as hardware, networking, software, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex tech in simple terms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and support ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical requests simultaneously.
  • Certifications like CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA), Microsoft, or similar are a plus.
