? We're Hiring: SAP EPM BPC Lead | PLDT Group

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement SAP BPC solutions (Standard and/or Embedded models)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Configure BPC components including data models, business rules, script logic, and input schedules
• Provide end-user training and support
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external vendors

What We’re Looking For:

• 5-7 years of SAP BPC experience is required
• Experience in leading complex enterprise projects
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes
• Experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and integration tools (e.g., BEx, Analysis for Office)
• Knowledge of ABAP and script logic is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• SAP certification in BPC or EPM is a plus
