Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Assist in developing and implementation of content creation to generate leads via email marketing, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media paid initiatives.
- Offer Creation: Create compelling narrative to capture the interest of potential customers.
- Coordination: Work closely with the digital marketing manager and creatives to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns as well as to other departments for shoots / events and launches of new treatments and or new service offerings
- Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices especially in beauty and wellness space.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Qualifications:
- Technical Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing or lead generation agency.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing B2C Personal services
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Analytics tools, PPC platforms and best practices, and social media marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing offers.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the fast evolving marketing landscape.
