Responsibilities

• Lead UI/UX design for Inventi’s property management platform, ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile applications.
• Define and implement best practices in Lean UX, Agile design processes, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive continuous improvements.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ensure responsive and accessible design principles are applied across all products.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Establish UI/UX design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to maintain brand consistency.
• Analyze and optimize user flows to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continuously improve user experience.
• Lead design sprints, workshops, and presentations to align stakeholders on design strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within SaaS or property management software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in mobile and web application design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Deep understanding of Lean UX, Agile workflows, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Strong experience in information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using user analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with product managers, engineers, and business leaders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to evolving product and business needs.
