  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage crew schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily outdoors, often in varying weather conditions, and may require evening or weekend hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and able to motivate team members.
