  • Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
  • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
  • Other tasks that the management may assign from time to time

职位要求

  • Government Requirements
  • At least College level
  • Preferably with experience in supervising cleaners.
  • Computer literate
  • Must have Customer service experience or exposure
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
