• Supervision and Management:Overseeing the work of aircon technicians, including scheduling, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
• Technical Expertise:Providing technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Project Management:Managing HVAC projects, including planning, execution, and quality control.
• Maintenance and Repair:Ensuring that air conditioning systems are properly maintained, repaired, and troubleshooted.
• Preventive Maintenance:Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of air conditioning systems.
• Staff Management:Hiring, training, and evaluating the performance of aircon technicians.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, service history, and equipment performance data.
• Cost Management:Managing budgets for parts, equipment, and labor, while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Communication:Communicating effectively with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
