  • Advertisement of products thru social media posting
  • Serves walk-in customers in a friendly and hospitable manner
  • Establish sustainable relationships and trust with customers by addressing their concerns through open and interactive conversation
  • Attends to customer complaints and queries thru phone calls and social networking sites
  • Responsible in taking and placement of orders.
  • Monitors and keep records of documents received.
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Inventory management
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness at the warehouse
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

职位要求

  • At least high school graduate
  • Flexible and ability to adapt
  • Communication skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work under pressure and perform other tasks
