Perform welding tasks on various materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
Inspect welds to ensure structural soundness and adherence to technical standards.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members, including electrician, painters, and engineers, to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to the supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or TESDA NC II/III certification in welding is preferred.
Proven experience as a welder in industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings.
Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
Knowledge of various welding techniques and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
