我们正在寻找一名富有激情且经验丰富的商务拓展副总监，加入PayDD团队，负责Web3领域的业务拓展。你将通过开拓营销渠道、品牌推广渠道及Web3社区合作，推动PayDD产品增长，助力公司在行业中占据领先地位。

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Associate Director of Business Development to join the PayDD team. Your role will be to boost business growth and PAYDD adoption in the Web3 sector, help position the company as an industry leader. As well as creating marketing channels, brand promotion strategies, and partnerships within Web3 communities.

工作职责：

1、根据PayDD产品推广目标，挖掘Web3领域内的社区渠道、代理及优质KOL资源，达成战略合作。

2、负责对接渠道、代理及KOL，推进B端运营活动，处理对接与反馈事宜，确保合作高效推进。

3、管理合作过程，完成商务拓展、合作协议签署及资源互换等相关事宜。

4、深入研究Web3生态趋势及竞争对手动态，探寻新的合作资源和路径，优化业务拓展策略。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Web3 communities, agencies, and high-quality KOL resources aligned with PayDD's product promotion objectives.

2. Manage relationships with channels, agencies, and KOLs; execute B-end operational activities; handle communication and feedback to ensure efficient collaboration.

3. Oversee partnership lifecycle including business development, contract execution, and resource exchange agreements.

4. Conduct in-depth research on Web3 ecosystem trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and optimize business development strategies.

2、优秀的资源整合能力，能够设计并执行高效的商务拓展策略，促成高价值合作并推动业务增长。

3、高度自我驱动，具备卓越的多任务管理能力，能在Web3行业的快节奏环境中高效推进远程协作项目。

4、本科及以上学历，具备Web3或区块链相关实战经验，熟悉市场分析并能敏锐捕捉行业热点，保持对新技术的学习热情。 加分项（Bonus Qualifications）： 拥有Web3社区（如NFT、DeFi）合作成功案例或广泛人脉资源。

We Expect You to have:

1. Strong resource integration capabilities to design and execute effective BD strategies that secure high-value partnerships and drive business growth.

2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in both English and Chinese for cross-cultural collaboration. Overseas Web3 market experience preferred.

3. Highly self-motivated with excellent multitasking abilities. Capable of managing remote collaboration projects efficiently in Web3's fast-paced environment.

4.Bachelor's degree or higher with hands-on experience in Web3/blockchain. Proficient in market analysis with keen insight into industry trends. Maintain enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies. Extra Bonus for: Proven track record of successful Web3 community partnerships (e.g., NFT, DeFi) or extensive relevant network resources.
