A.R.C. LANTING MANPOWER SERVICES was founded in 2014 by its president ANTHONY RICHARD C. LANTING. While studying as an Entrepreneurship student at SOUTHVILLE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL AND COLLEGES, Mr. Lanting started his own company and instilled it with his own personal values of integrity, excellence, performance and client attentiveness, standards that form the cornerstones of the company's ethos. He also used all his learning’s as an entrepreneurship student while being guided by his parents who are both successful in their respective businesses and careers. As a new entrepreneur, Mr. Lanting quickly carved out a niche in the industry. Moreover, the company’s affairs took off after it acquired a cleaning contract for SM in it’s newly opened 50th branch that is located at ANGONO, RIZAL having 20 janitors that are working 8 hours a day. SM ANGONO showed a keen interest in the service quality and performance of A.R.C. LANTING MANPOWER SERVICES, we were able to maximize our performance while maintaining a specific degree of desired quality, reducing our costs and capitalizing on our client satisfaction. Our work in this sector provided us with a solid foothold in the commercial sector. Moreover, our hard work, extensive presence, know-how and reliability made us an indispensable partner in this market.
