Patient, responsible, passionate about education, with strong intercultural communication awareness. Job Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses in accordance with international teaching standards, tailored to different age groups. 2. Assess students’ English proficiency, develop personalized learning plans, and address weaknesses in vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills. 3. Utilize multimedia resources to create an engaging online learning environment that stimulates students’ interest in English. 4. Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
