C.T.CONSIGNA CONSTRUCTION started as a private Filipino single proprietorship company established in September 14, 1996 by Mr. Cipriano T. Consigna Jr., the President / General Manager. During the registration in 1996, the company was one of the among Pre-Qualified Contractors with wide range of experience in Commercial, Industrial, Land Development, Leisure Amenities and Civil & Electro-Mechanical Projects. During its first year of operation CT. CONSIGNA CONSTRUCTION was awarded a contracts for Underground Electrical, Telephone, and Auxiliary works, Perimeter fence, Meter Center, Manholes for Electrical and Telephone system, and Street Lighting and Preventive Maintenance Thereafter, the Company focus mainly on housing and commercial building establishment. • Consequently, CT. CONSIGNA CONSTRUCTION has also constructed various commercial building establishments, leisure amenities, roads and bridges as well as vertical and horizontal projects, awarded by different developers. On January 14, 2014 CT CONSIGNA CONSTRUCTION became C.T. CONSIGNA CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION a dynamic company which will continue to undertake innovative construction techniques, utilize high processes and quality products. As our commitment to our valued clients, projects were completed on or ahead of schedule for guaranteed customer’s satisfaction. We build expertise, extensive portfolio, enduring values of excellence and standard quality projects for the new millennium.
