First Balfour, Inc. (First Balfour) is one of the leading engineering and construction companies in the Philippines today. Our company is a Quadruple-A (AAAA) registered contractor in general engineering and general building by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB). We have strong capabilities in civil works, mechanical works, and electrical works from our 50 years of construction experience.
We continue to operate under quality management systems registered with ISO 9001:2015 for General Contracting activities, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management and ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health & Safety Management. We are also the very first construction company with Investors in People Certification (IIP) recognized by People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). In recent years, we also diversified our businesses to include distinct capabilities in geothermal drilling through ThermaPrime Drilling Corporation, equipment rentals through T1 Rentals, heavy equipment hauling through T1 Transport, and aggregates through Torreverde Corporation.
