Stellar 167 Manpower Recruitment and Services inc opened up it’s first office in C. Raymundo Ave, Pasig City in June 2, 2014.   The name “Stellar” is from the Latin word "stellaris", which means outstanding and leading. The name reflects the company’s vision to be the leading manpower agency in the country. Our Mission Stellar 167 Manpower is committed to the careful selection and screening of manpower candidates in order to ensure that good quality and high standards are met and satisfied for our client's needs.   Stellar Manpower Agency is devoted to provide the "Best of the Best for the Best": the best possible people to the best companies.
