DMCI Homes is the real estate arm of DMCI Holdings through its wholly owned subsidiary DMCI Project Developers, Inc. It was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 27, 1995. It ranked #146 in the Business World Top 1000 Corporations for 2014. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and more than 55 years of construction experience through our parent company, DMCI Holdings Inc., we are the first quadruple A builder-developer in the country.
