Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with potential and existing clients.
- Stay informed about company offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and forecast future revenue.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to maintain satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the construction field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
