KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Account Manager's main task is to maintain and grow relationships with enterprise customers while achieving the assigned sales and profit growth goal.

  • He/She is expected to retain existing business while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.

  • Responsible for selling and supporting the firm’s complete product and service offering, focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunities, the most important customer interactions are face-to-face meetings.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts most efficiently to generate sales for the business. This involves researching business opportunities; setting up meetings, presenting solution offers, and finding client pain points.

• Secure the business, build and maintain strong relationships with the clients, be available to handle concerns, and build the clients’ trust to make sure they stay loyal to the company

• Become an expert in Product Solutions, and must stay current on the latest developments in the market, to stay ahead of the competition

• Should have in-depth knowledge not only about the product they are selling but also about ESSCOR’s mission statement, corporate initiatives, and goals.

• Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.

• Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.

• Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability by proactively managing assigned customer relationships.

 

Technical Skills & Qualifications (Education/trade certificates required for the role)

  • Diploma or degree holder in a related field (Business, IT, Engineering, Marketing)

  • Experience Required for Role (has experience in ESSCOR Products and Services)
