Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Monitor project progress and deliver timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Ensure revenue growth and success of assigned accounts.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, social media, and sales management. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional travel to meet clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and adept at building relationships.
