Job Description

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a technical account management or customer support role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects efficiently.
