Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for leading a team of Account Manager in driving sales growth, maintaining strong relationships with key partners, and ensuring the effective execution of OPPO’s sales strategies across assigned areas or channels. This role requires a balance of leadership, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management to achieve sales.


Job Description:

1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate Account Managers to meet individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide guidance on account management strategies, negotiation, and partner relationship building.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement.


2. Account & Partner Management

  • Oversee key partner accounts and distributors within the assigned region or channel.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and sales growth.
  • Support the team in resolving partner concerns and ensuring smooth business operations.


3. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Implement OPPO’s sales programs, trade initiatives, and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing and retail teams.
  • Monitor and analyze sell-in/sell-out performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of channel strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.


4. Reporting and Coordination

  • Consolidate and review sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses from Account Managers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in client management, sales, or channel development (mobile or consumer electronics preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Passion for technology and deep understanding of the smartphone market.
