Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the account management team, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in client service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address account-related challenges and implement solutions.
  • Monitor account progress and performance, providing reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years in account management or a related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and account management skills.
