Description
- Accounting: Handle daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Analyze data and present reports in English.
- Tax: Ensure tax compliance, file returns, and assist with tax planning. Communicate with tax authorities in English.
- Audit: Support internal and external audits, provide data, and resolve audit issues.
- Improvement: Optimize accounting processes and contribute to cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. CPA license preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of accounting experience; familiarity with local accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Skills: Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, strong Excel skills, and data analysis capabilities.
- Language: Fluent in English (writing, speaking, document interpretation). Good proficiency in Filipino.
- Traits: High integrity, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and a team player.
