Description

Zen Business Solutions Inc, a leading player in the Accounting & Finance industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support budgeting processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts
Assist with tax preparation and compliance
Monitor financial transactions and ensure data integrity
Collaborate with other departments for financial planning
Permanent WFH position
Applicants must be amenable to work either day or graveyard shift and as an Independent Contractor

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant, expertise in General Ledger, Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Audit, Financial Analysis, and proficiency in QuickBooks.
Responsibilities and Duties: Preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing audits, and conducting financial analysis.
Working Conditions: Work from home, Independent Contractor, Graveyard shift, applicants must have their own equipment and stable net connection at home
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
