The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate royalty calculations, resolving inter-company balance discrepancies, and preparing financial statement footnotes.

The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Accountant are listed below and should be considered non-exhaustive:

• Support royalty calculation process by ensuring accurate recording and verification of transactions related to royalties.
• Conduct research on inter-company balances to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements footnotes by analyzing account information and compiling necessary data for disclosures.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members to support their professional development.
• Collaborate with auditors during various audits by providing requested information and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to mitigate the risk of legal challenges.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as required, to support the finance team's overall objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, financial management, accounting technology or related field; CPA is preferred
• Experience in financial management, royalties, inter-company balances and financial reporting is required
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in both public accounting and private practice; experience in entertainment, high tech, gaming industries for US account/company is preferred
• Previous work experience in ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, NetSuite, SAP) and data visualization software (i.e. Tableau)
• Expert proficiency in using Microsoft Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot table, Charts, and Graphs, etc.)
• Willing to work in night shift and amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
