  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliation;
  • Prepare financial statements and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns;
  • Familiar with BIR filings such as 1601EQ, 2550Q, 1702Q, etc.;
  • Review and organize import and customs clearance documents (Import Entry, ATRIG, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, etc.);
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, banks, and suppliers to ensure completeness and compliance of documentation;
  • Assist in audit preparation and compliance reports;
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
  • Familiar with Philippine accounting standards and BIR tax regulations,Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS);
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero);
  • At least 3-5 years of practical accounting experience in the Philippines.
  • Must have practical experience in handling import business and customs clearance documents.
  • Experience in automotive or import industry preferred;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently;
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
  • Candidates holding a Philippine CPA license will be given prior
