Description
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, maintain financial records, and support the accounting team.
- Manage daily accounting tasks including invoicing and ledger maintenance.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide support during audits and assist in data entry.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or current student preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in managing receivables and payables, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, excellent communication abilities.
