Description
- Knowledgeable in Sales Invoice preparation.
- Knowledgeable in Billing.
- Knowledgeable in Account Receivables.
- In-Charge of keeping and updating Finance department documents.
- Prepare Delivery Receipts and Invoices.
- Prepare Monthly check Payments.
- Prepare Input VAT.
- Print Disbursement & Purchase Summary.
- Update PDC Summary and checkbook entries.
- Work on BIR related documents.
Salary Pay Range: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit and Collection, Billing, MYOB, Bank Reconciliation, and BIR 1601C.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
