Description

  • Oversee the accounting team, ensuring all team members meet performance standards and adhere to best practices.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and professional growth within the team.
  • Organize members workflow and ensure that team understand their duties or delegated task.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Resolving any employee conflicts quickly and efficiently

ACCOUNTING OPERATION

  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Managing cash flow and forecasting, ensuring the company's financial stability.
  • Supervising the accounting staff and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and record-keeping.
  • Assisting with the development of budgets and financial plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial laws.
  • Participating in financial audits and implementing audit recommendations.
  • Prepare or oversee the preparation of budgets, investment documents, and tax returns. Additional statements under the watch of a Accounting Manager include income statements, shareholder reports, and governmental agency reports.
  • Knows the laws and regulations that apply to their organization's financial activities. Know accounting standards, tax codes, and other applicable regulations to ensure compliance. Stay current on changes to laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring the expenses and profits.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of accounting processes and procedures.
  • Lead initiatives to implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as required.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Must be Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Have strong leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
