Job Description

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff for professional growth.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee financial reporting, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may require overtime during fiscal year-end.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure.
