Provide internal customers with high quality, accurate, and timely financial data and reports to enable informed business decisions. Scope of responsibilities are all encompassing: Revenue, Expenses, Payroll, Statutory tax returns & Management accounting and reporting
Manage the finance team (4 members)
Able to coordinate and communicate with members of senior management.
Understand company finance processes and identify control risk points.
Drive improvements and efficiencies within the team and any impacts across other teams of the organization.
Perform and review month-end close process to ensure books and records are accurately stated and all closing procedures are completed.
Review daily and month-end activities of the team, such as: Daily sales reports, Daily cash expenses, Bi-monthly payroll reports, Monthly Inventory reconciliations, Monthly Sales and Expense Reports & Month-end journals
Assist in the accurate computation of taxes, preparation of tax returns, BIR monthly dues, and supporting documents in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly management review pack and assist in the preparation of the financial reports.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
At least 5-10 years experience in accounting/finance with direct experience on full-cycle general ledger processes
At least 5 years experience as manager
Direct experience in Philippine Statutory reporting, including BIR tax returns.
Good communication and presentation skills
Microsoft Office proficient, with Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel functions (lookups, Pivots, Sumifs, If-Then, etc.)
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Experience in the Food Industry is a plus.
CPA licensed is strongly preferred.
Experience in management accounting, financial planning and analysis preferred
Must be willing to work in the Muntinlupa area.
Must be a team-player, and able to collaborate with other office staff.
Must be able to communicate well with colleagues and the company management.
