Position: Accounting Supervisor

Job Objective

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supervising a team of accounting staff. The role supports the organization’s financial health by ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Able to produce balance Sheet (asset, liabilities capital), Cash Flow (operating activities, financing activities-the

in and out, investing activities) and Income Statement for Management and Operations use.

2. Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

3. Analyze and evaluates financial data and manage the entire financial strategy of the organizations.

4. Ensures all financial transactions and reports comply with the systems and financial obligations and standards.

5. Monitor and analyze operational insights costs, including food and beverage costs, labor costs, and operating expenses.

6. Conducts regular audit of inventory / ARs of stores.

7. Enhance and creates policies and procedures for the improvement of departmental efficiency.

8. Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

1. Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.

2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related field. Being a CPA is an advantage.

3. With at least three (3) year accounting valuable experience in one company.

4. Able to deliver reports on time.

5. Knowledgeable in income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.

6. Knowledge of inventory and cost control systems specific to foodservice operations

7. With strong attention to details, meticulous, analytical thinking, organize and precise.

8. Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data.

9. With people management skills in leading the team towards the goal.

10. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
